When Malachi finished his prophetic book and declared Holy Spirit anointing that will come in the last days he said it would “turn the hearts of the fathers to their children and the hearts of children to their fathers.” God was making a promise to each of us. This promise must not be wasted.
As a parent you know that the key to parenting is not teaching them to follow external rules, but to mentor your child’s heart.
Good parenting is not about the rules and regulations; good parenting flows from the inside out.
Only Christ can change the heart. God wants to change your heart as a parent, and He wants to change your children’s hearts as well. The reconciling of hearts is the heart of healthy homes.
Father God, I receive Your Holy Spirit to change my heart and turn my heart to my children. I pray the Holy Spirit on my children to turn their hearts to me…and to You.
